Harvard Law School students and supporters protested the military’s “Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy and the presence of military recruiters on campus asserting that policy discriminates based on sexual orientation and violates Harvard's non-discrimination policy. The military is the only group which allowed to discriminate based on sexual orientation.
